    INGREDIENTS:  potato (31%), water, hake (FISH) (11%), cream (MILK) (6%), salmon (FISH) (5%)  smoked haddock (FISH) (5%), haddock, salt, colours (turmeri annotto morbixin) MILK, prawns (CRUSTACEANS) (4%) [prawns water, salt], butter (MILK), leeks (3%) onions, cheddar cheese (MILK) (2%), modified maize starch, gluten free plain flour (rice flour potato starch, tapioca starch, maize flour buckwheat) vegetable bouillon (sea salt potato starch, maltodextrin yeast extract, onion powder, sugar garlic powder herbs speices, spiece extract) salt, white pepper, parsley

    Warning:  although every care has been taken to remove all bones and pieces of shell, some may remain

    STORAGE GUIDANCE:  keep frozen at -18c or below.  Do not freeze if allowed to thaw

    COOKING GUIDELINES:  Defrost in a refrigerator overnight and use within 24 hours.  Oven backe.  Place the product on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200c for 35 – 40 mins.  Leave to stand for 4 minutes before serving
