Are your products fresh?
All our products are fresh, unless otherwise stated. They are dispatched in styropack boxes with an icepack, for maximum freshness.
How are your products prepared?
Everything is prepared by hand, so please allow us as much time as possible to prepare your order especially at busy times.
What if I wish to send my order as a gift?
We offer an excellent gift service and we’re happy to meet any special requirements. Some of our products are specially designed to be sent as gifts, like our boxed collection range or, of course, you can make your own up. You can also include a personalised message and we will enclose a card with your order.
Can I place an order over the phone?
For phone orders please call our customer service team on 015395 59544.
Where possible please provide mobile and/or email address, our courier will text/email the morning of delivery date to provide you with a two hour window slot.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is normally within 24 hours of despatch, but in some cases this can be up to 48 hours.
What happens if I am not at home to accept the delivery?
If there is no one home when the parcel is delivered, our courier is instructed to leave it in a safe place. No signature is required. Alternatively we can deliver to your work or another address.
