17/12/2003 I recently purchased 2 x 1kg Haunches of Fresh Venison, I am writting to let you know what wonderful meat it was. I used it last week for a Venison and Chocolate Casserole- the meat cooked up beautifully and was tender and lean as anything. All our guests commented on the excellent quality of meat.
