Once again, this Christmas we are able to offer you the following speciality roasts which are ideal for those family gatherings over the festive period.
They are ready to cook, and you just need to slice the roast once cooked. A great centrepiece for the table.
They proved very popular last year.
Whole Boned Duck with Turkey and Pheasant and a Cranberry and Apple Sausage Meat
Pheasant with Partridge and Pigeon and layers of venison, apricot and brandy sausage meat all wrapped in bacon
Boned Turkey stuffed with a Boned Duck with a Boneless Pheasant and filled with Chestnut Stuffing
Boned Goose stuffed with a Boned Chicken, stuffed with a Boned Pheasant and filled with a Cranberry and Rosemary Sausage Meat
Our larger birds include full cooking instructions plus a pop up timer is included to let you know when the bird is ready!
