
At Sillfield Farm in Cumbria, Peter Gott keeps free range wild boar and rare breed pigs.
He has around 150 wild boar mainly originating from German and Belgium lines. The tradition of dry salting and the home rearing of pigs has been passed through the Gott family for generations.
