Produce a range of preserves at home in her specially adapted domestic kitchen, using only the best quality locally-sourced produce whenever possible. She makes small batches in traditional open pans on her Rayburn - the only way to guarantee consistent high quality and freshness.

The preserves do not contain any artificial preservatives, flavours or colours and are thus completely natural.
