Mrs Kirkhams Cheese
A traditional handcrafted cheese which has been produced on teh fmaily farm for three generations. The unpasteurised milk used in the cheese comes from the farms own herd of Fresian Holstein Cows which graze on specially selected gass sown and grown for its richness. The cheese is handcrafted from six milkings, which is one of the most important aspects of favour and texture. The cheese is matured for six weeks before leaving the farm. The texture of the cheese is moist, rich, creamy and slightly crumbly
