John Ross Jr Smoked Salmon & Pate

John Ross listed kilns in Aberdeenshire have been used for uniquely cold smoking first-class salmon for more than 150 years. They are one of only a few producers in the world that produce smoked salmon using traditional brick kilns. The highest accolade is to have been awarded the Royal Warrant by appointment to Her Majesty the Queen, which means that they supply to the Royal Kitchens throughout the UK
