Our Products

  • All our Products are Fresh, unless otherwise stated.
  • All our products are despatched in Poly boxes with an icepack, for maximum freshness.
  • Everything is prepared by hand, so please allow us as much time as possible to prepare your order especially at busy times

Carriage

  • We use Fedex as our carrier.
  • If there is no one home when the parcel is delivered, Fedex are instructed to leave it in a safe place. No signature is required.
  • The price quoted is for England, Wales and Southern parts of Scotland, some AB, FK, HS, IV, PA, PH postcodes also Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Western Isles and the Isle of Man maybe subject to a higher carriage rate and are not eligible for the free carriage.
  • Orders are despatched Mon, Tue, Wed and Thurs each week, except on Bank Holidays and at Christmas time.
  • Delivery is normally within 24 hours of despatch, but in some cases this can be up to 48 hours.

  • If you would like to send a gift, then we specialise in this service, please include a message and we will enclose a card with it on.
  • Some of our products are specially designed to be sent as gifts, like our boxed collection range or you can make your own up.
