Country Fare

Country Fare is an award-winning family backery based on a working farm in the Mallerstang Valley, Cumbria. All their handmade fruit cakes are based on two family recipes including the Rich Fruit Cake which as a very high fruit content. These cakes are handfed on alcohol to create a very moist texture and delicious flavour. The results speak for themselves, with 13 "Great Taste Awards" over the last six years.
