Boned Turkey stuffed with a Boned Duck with a Boneless Pheasant and filled with Chestnut Stuffing
A Free Range Turkey, which has been naturally reared, using old fashioned methods. This has been stuffed with a Gressingham Duck and then a Wild Lakeland Pheasant. The whole thing is layered with a chestnut stuffing and boned, so that the carving is simple, Although we do leave the legs on, for that traditional look.
